This is the inspirational story of a woman who started life with very little but got to the top through pure hard graft. Tracey Woodward had a difficult childhood and hardly ever went to school. At 14 she couldn't read or write but that never held her back. At 18 an amazing opportunity came along which was the start of an exciting career in the beauty industry.
Tracey talks about how she used her experience to motivate her two children and how the life lessons she learned have helped her in business.
As the boss of Aromatherapy Associates she knows lots about self-care and talks about the daily rituals that support her busy life.
